Warranty is applied to customers who purchased from authorized dealers in Canada and the USA only.

How Do You Get Warranty Service?

In order to obtain warranty service on the Device:

  1. Once proof of purchase has been confirmed, you will be given a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number and full instructions on exchange procedures.
  2. A shipping label will be issued and emailed to you. FEEL IT SKINCARE will cover all return shipping costs for products with valid warranty. FEEL IT SKINCARE will cover all shipping costs for returns and replacements made in United States or Canada only. Any return shipment charges shipping from outside of the United States or Canada is the responsibility of the purchaser.
  3. You must also comply with FEEL IT SKINCARE’s instructions concerning shipment and the materials that must accompany the Device.

What Does This Warranty Cover?

Subject to the terms and conditions of this warranty, FEEL IT SKINCARE warrants that it will replace the FEEL IT SKINCARE Device that accompanies this warranty (the “Device”) to the extent that the Device exhibits material defects in materials or workmanship caused by FEEL IT SKINCARE. Compliance with FEEL IT SKINCARE’s instructions concerning shipment and any materials that must accompany the Device is mandatory.


Who Is Entitled To The Protections Of This Warranty?

Only you, the original purchaser of the Device is entitled to the protections of this warranty if you purchased your FEEL IT SKINCARE Device from www.feelitskincare.com or an authorized FEEL IT SKINCARE dealer. FEEL IT SKINCARE must require that you prove that you are the original purchaser of the Device by having you provide your invoice or receipt from the purchase of the Device.

How Long Does The Coverage Last?

This warranty covers claims filed with FEEL IT SKINCARE within one (1) year from the date of the original purchase of the Device. Claims filed after one (1) year from the date of purchase of the Device by you are not covered. FEEL IT SKINCARE may require that you prove the date you purchased the Device by providing an invoice or receipt that specifically lists the date of purchase of the Device. Claims in respect of a replaced Device must be filed with FEEL IT SKINCARE within the later of (a) one (1) year from the date of purchase of the original Device by you or (b) ninety (90) days from the date that the FEEL IT SKINCARE service center ships the replaced Device back to you.

  • Ice Glide
  • Oasis
  • Halo
  • Crystal

 Shipping Charges

If upon receipt, inspection and testing of the Device by FEEL IT SKINCARE determines that the Device does not exhibit material defects in materials or workmanship, purchaser will be required to pay for all shipping charges.

If warrantied product is shipping from outside United States or Canada, purchaser is responsible for all shipping and duty charges incurred.

What Does This Warranty Not Cover?

Warranty disclaimer. The express warranty set forth in this document is in lieu of all other warranties including the implied warranties of merchantibility and fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty is the sole and exclusive remedy for any defect of the Device.


In no event shall FEEL IT SKINCARE be liable for any indirect, special, punitive, exemplary, incidental or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of use or charges for substitute equipment, misuse, accident, alteration, servicing, use with unauthorized accessories and any other conditions beyond normal use) regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based even if FEEL IT SKINCARE has been advised of the possibility of such damages. In the event that the remedies set forth in this warranty are held to fail of their essential purpose or if FEEL IT SKINCARE is held to be liable for damages on the basis of any legal theory, in no event shall FEEL IT SKINCARE’s liability for damages exceed the wholesale price of a single unit of the Device as of the date that the cause of action accrues. You assume all risk and liability for loss, damage or injury to you and your property and to others and their property arising out of the use or misuse of, or inability to use, the Device except to the extent caused directly by the negligence of FEEL IT SKINCARE.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights, which vary from state to state. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages or implied warranties, so the above disclaimers and limitations may not apply to you.
